Who we are
Think Speak Become ("we", "us") provides communication coaching and training, run by Smayan Sahni. This policy covers thinkspeakbecome.com and the personal data we receive through it. We follow India's Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect, and why

We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for anything other than the purposes above. We never see or store your full card or bank details; payments are handled entirely by Razorpay.
Who we share it with
We use these trusted services to run the site and our programs. Each handles your data under its own privacy policy.
- Netlify: hosts this website and receives contact form messages
- Razorpay: processes payments
- Zoho TrainerCentral: runs the course portal at learn.thinkspeakbecome.com
- Calendly: books discovery calls (embedded on our booking page)
- Bunny Stream: plays the videos on our pages
- Google: supplies the website's fonts, and Google Analytics measures visits
We may also disclose data where the law requires it, for example to a court or government authority.
Cookies and analytics
Our own pages don't set cookies. Google Analytics, the embedded Calendly booking form and the video player may set their own, to measure visits, remember your booking details and play video smoothly.
Google Analytics shows us visit numbers and trends, not who you are. You can block it with Google's opt-out browser add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser settings.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries and booking details: up to 2 years after our last contact
- Coaching notes and course submissions: for as long as you're a client, then up to 2 years
- Payment and invoice records: as long as Indian tax law requires, currently up to 8 years
After that we delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Keeping it safe
The site runs over a secure, encrypted connection, and only the people who coach or support you can see your data. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach ever affected your data, we would tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and who we've shared it with
- correct or complete anything that's wrong
- delete your data, unless we must keep it by law
- withdraw your consent at any time. This won't affect anything we did before you withdrew
- name someone to exercise these rights for you if you're unable to

Children
Our services are for adults. If someone under 18 wants to take part, a parent or guardian must contact us first and give consent.
Questions and complaints
Our grievance contact is Smayan Sahni. Email info@thinkspeakbecome.com or call +91 85829 83007, and we'll acknowledge your complaint within 7 days. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we use your data, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
