Why it matters
Leadership is mostly conversation. Sharing a vision, handing over work, saying the uncomfortable thing: each one either builds trust or quietly wears it away.
This module turns those conversations into skills you rehearse before the stakes are real, using scenarios from your own team.

Vision Speaking
Put your vision into words your team can remember and repeat, practised prepared and on the spot.
Delegation Drills
Hand over a task in a minute or less: what, why, by when and what good looks like. Then we check what was actually heard.
Uncomfortable Conversations
Play through the talks most leaders put off: hard feedback, missed deadlines, performance concerns. You practise until you can hold them calmly.
Leading Under Pressure
Rally a team after a setback or through a crunch, with calculated pressure applied so the skill holds when it matters.
